About Vladimir Ignatic
Vladimir Ignatic (born July 14, 1990) is a tennis player from Belarus. He is the current number one juniors singles player on the male side as of August 23, 2007. Ignatic came out to win the 2007 French Open juniors singles championships over Greg Jones, 6-3, 6-4. He played beautifully and in a gentlemanly manner, acknowledging calls that were wrong in his favor. He exuded the gentlemanliness that we have connected to the game in the past. He then made another amazing run at the 2007 Wimbledon Junior's Singles tournament, where he made the final before losing to Donald Young. One would hope that his game will continue to improve and that he will contribute quality tennis to the adult pro circuit in the future.
